Зашла сегодня в дикси по адресу коненкова 19, до полного расчета не хвотило рубля, дала по 50 копеек, мне эти деньги кинули в монетницу и сказали что такие деньги у вас в магазине не принимаються. Вопрос у вас какие то другие деньги принимаются, что за беспредел??? Просьба обратить на это внимание, почему такое отношение???

Этот магазин ассоциируется у меня с хамством и недоумением куда вообще я пришла,была однажды и больше туда не хожу совсем. Ценники беспорядочно разбросаны по прилавку,на кассе нахамили,в конечном счете ушла от туда без покупок. Просрочка,и тухлые продукты. Беспорядок и грязь в магазине.

К сожалению, огорчена, что несмотря на такое большое количество плохих отзывов и пожеланий, руководство магазина игнорирует их и ничего не делает, чтобы повысить качество и уровень обслуживания... Видно все устраивает. Рядом начал функционировать небольшой магазин Вкус Вилл. Вот бы руководство Дикси взяло несколько уроков мастер-класса у Вкусвилл. Что меня сегодня возмутило: у кассы стоят букеты цветов и в горшочках. Вид у них жалкий и удручающий. Никто за ними не ухажтвает: цветы поникшие и вялые и местами засохшие! Неужели трудно цветы полить, а цены не хилые. Если бы это волновало коммерческого директора, и видя, что товар залеживается, напрашивается вопрос, а может несколько снизить цену товара и такой скоропортящийся товар быстрее был бы реализован, а место кассира/админ-ра в одном лице не будет смотреться так неприглядно и неряшливо за счёт пожухлых цветов. Где менеджмент в магазине, хотелось бы спросить? Я не уверена, что другие магазины Дикси оставляют такое же неприятное впечатление. И игнорировать пожелания покупателей очень неперспективный путь развития для магазина!!

Магазин не очень. Так себе, грязненький. Цены местами не совпадают. Пару раз замечал: пишут одну цену, а на кассе пробивают другую. Гелерт был намного лучше...
