1. Необходим контроль за качеством товаров и сроком их хранения. Часто приносила домой и выбрасывала. 2. Насчёт фруктов и овощей, считаю необходимым указывать страну происхождения. Не надо скрывать важную информацию для покупателя. При покупке я предпочитаю отечественные фермерские хозяйства. 4. Не хватает сканеров для штрихкодов, чтобы узнать стоимость товара, потому что не всегда находятся ценники... 5. Также хотелось бы, чтобы количество кассиров увеличивалось, во избежание столпотворения в очередях.

1.Ценники с акцией практически постоянно не совпадают! 2. Касса всегда одна работает, если очередь выстроется в пол магазина, только тогда подходит ещё один кассир.

Добрый деньУважаемые руководители Дикси,хочу писать не приятное мнение о ваших магазинах. На улице наметкина кассиры сидят не довольным лицом,иногда не хочется туда идти. Не давно зашла в магазин вечером всю продукты поставила на ленту и естественно пакет тоже и в это время мужчина спросил у меня тележку я отдаю ему и забыла пакет взять. Попросила у кассира, дайте пожалуйста пакет а она на ответ начала возмущаться. Конечно слова за слова начали ругаться. Кричит на меня,сказала что я рот закрыла .Наведите порядок пожалуйста, у них ни здрасте ни досвидание ни спасибо. Как будто покупатели что то должны им. ФИО кассира Карина Светлана Ивановна. Тоже самое хамство в соседнем магазине. Я надеюсь уволите этого кассира. – показать
