Сегодня пошёл купить себе еды в дикси. Взял себе наггетсы, лапшу быстрого приготовления и круассаны. После того как кассирша пробила мой товар, сказала что вышло на 229 рублей. Я вежливо ее спросил, а разве наггетсы не по Акции… на что мне она сказала (по акции, но 1+1, хотя было там 89 рублей с учетом скидки).....Даже не пошла и не уточнила.... не стал выяснять и задерживать очередь, просто купил их без акции :)…хотел не покупать этот продукт, и сказал кассиру, на что на меня кассир посм отрела как на..... и сказала себе под нос, из за тебя ещё буду отменять…? После того как я расплатился, стал собирать купленные продукты, на что мне сказали : ‘ давайте подождём этого молодого человека, который так долго все собирает’....почему в вашем магазине сидят некомпетентные продавцы и хамят покупателям? Я сам работаю в сфере продаж, но с этим сталкиваюсь в первый раз.Сидела с кассой женщина лет 35—40 лет (славянской внешности). – показать

Ценников нет, или они не соответствуют цене. То есть в кассе вам пробьют совсем другую сумму. Продавцы очень неохотно говорят по русски, в основном из за незнания языка. Акции и скидки всей сети в этом магазине недействительны, если начинаешь уточнять, тебе ответят — «Это другое». Весь магазин обслуживает веселая семейка и родственники директора магазина, в общем, ждём национальных обрядов с соблюдением национальных традиций. По сути — полная жесть.
