Отвратительный сервисный центр! Огромная очередь! Пока стояла в очереди, кому - то сделать телефон не смогли вообще! Кому-то по телефону сказали, что телефон готов, человек принзал, по факту сделанного телефона не оказалось! Заставили де хозяина снова звонить на горячую линию, где отвечают просто по - хамски! Никогда не покупайте телефоны у партнеров этого центра, а да вообще дучше не приходите! Находится хоть и в центре, но действительно под крышей какого-то сарая! Ужасное место! Куча негативных эмоций!

Это не место, это заведение для расстройств. Сам там не бывал, но с их работой столкнулся. Сдал я им свой айфон на проверку качества и выфло, что я его повредил и гарантии не подлежит, при этом трубка лежала на столе и ни куда не ходила, а до отправки я показал его товарищу, он приехал пообщаться, он занимается ремонтом мобильных устройств, тот сказал, что поврешдений он ни каких не видит и что это скорей гарантийный случай. Как бы не так, в этой конторе всё работает на них, это Москва и оращения к жителям других регионов не уважительное, так что НЕ СОВЕРШАЙТЕ ОШИБОК, НИ В КОЕМ СЛУЧАЕ НЕ ОБРАЩАЙТЕСЬ В ДАННЫЙ СЕРВИС( ТЕМ БОЛЕЕ ПО ГАРАНТИИ)

Сдала новый айфон se через три недели после покупки- быстро разряжался. Ремонтировали больше месяца. И это новый телефон! За это время было пять! попыток войти в мой аккаунт почты!!!на попытки выяснить ситуацию был дан телефон мастера, который, конечно, не отвечал. Диспетчер разговаривал крайне неохотно, чтобы поскорее отстали. Я крайне недовольна сервисным обслуживанием!

Купила телефон в AppleEmpire — это компания с ужасными телефонами под маркой Элл сотрудничает с сервисом, где вас обманут. На третий день пришлось обратиться в этот сервис, телефон конечно мило забрали-вернули с царапиной и сказали доплатить за царапину)) Нагло, грубо вели диалог. НЕ обращайтесь, это ужасная контора!!
