Хочу поделиться впечатлениями о химчистке и прачечной "Диана". Я являюсь постоянным клиентом данной химчистки и очень довольна ее работой. Персонал работает там отличный, внимательный, терпеливый (!), всегда правильно посоветует. Качество чистки тоже нравится, сроки исполнения работы не задерживают. Действует система скидок: постоянным клиентам -10%, сезонные скидки и постоянные скидки на детскую одежду, что уже приятно. Цены не кусаются. Находится химчистка в 15 минутах ходьбы от метро Чистые пруды. Всем рекомендую!

Выражаю благодарность за профессиональный подход к своим обязаностям и обходительность приемщице Гладченко Наталье Владимировне. Мне пришлось обратиться в химчистку Диана на Покровке и в действительности не пожалел. Сдавал дорогую зимнию курку на меху в химчистку и была некая неуверенность в доброкачественности услуги. Приемщица Гладченко Наталья Владимировна, сумела развеять мои сомнения, и конструктивно посоветовала,какую лучше произвести химчистку для данного изделия. Дополнее ко всему куртке необходимо было произвести мелкий ремонт по пошиву. После химчистки куртка преобразилась, почистили бузупречно и ремонт произвели достойно. Все просьбы были удовлетворины с профессиональным подходом. Спасибо! 18.06.2020г.

Не могу я есть аккуратно, поэтому частый клиент химчисток) Раньше стирался в Диане на Беговой, а когда переехал, то стал обращаться в их приемный пункт на ул. Покровка 29. Не могу сказать, что какое-то из отделений лучше или хуже, стирают хорошо и там и там. Мне нравится эта сеть и особенно то, что их много по всей Москве. Не приходится заморачиваться с поиском других химчисток
