Ужасная Химчистка! Начиная от приемщицы Щербаковой Л.Ф. , которая после первого получения мной пальто (которое мне испортили в 2х!!! местах - огромное пятно на рукаве и деформация ткани, зацепы и дырки на плече) сказала: " Да пятно почти и не видно!" ( видимо я должна была закрыть на это глаза). К тому же мы с мужем несколько раз ей сказали, что хотим сделать фотографии, а реакций было 0! пока мы уже чуть ли не кричать стали: " Можно мы сделаем фотографии?!". Есть сомнения по поводу % износа, так как осматривала пальто все та же Щербакова. Пальто сдали на доработку, но на плече так и осталась деформация ткани! В итоге от нас отписались и сказали, что это - эксплуатационный дефект (а по телефону на мой вопрос: " откуда тогда взялись пятна на рукаве?" мне было сказано: " мы работаем с пятнами, мы же вам его убрали", т.е. на мой вопрос мне так и не ответили. Буду обращаться в суд!!!
