Химчистка «ДИАНА» Отвратительно! Точнее неприемлемо! Испортили детский зимний конверт, восстановить который невозможно!!!! Постирали изделие из натурального меха с подкладкой мембранной! Так еще и зашили прорез который специально в каждом меховом изделии существует для проверки шкурки. Мембрана вся потрескалась! Отмазываются тем, что конверт старый и неизвестно как отреагировал бы на чистку специальными средствами. Конверту 2 года!!!!! Это не возраст ни для меха натурального ни для мембраны. «ДИАНА» отказывается компенсировать стоимость конверта. Не ходите в эту химчистку если вам дороги ваши вещи!

В Диане отличное обслуживание и сервис. Внимательные приемщицы, большой спектр услуг, наличие экспресс чистки, адекватные цены, ну и хороший результат. Как постоянный клиент, рекомендую.

Сдала в Диану чистить мягкие игрушки ребенка и большой плед. Как почистили понравилось. Боялась, что будет неприятный запах. Но запаха нет. Можно ребенку игрушки давать смело. Плед тоже чистенький. Все в срок, спасибо!
