Сдал пуховик неделю назад. Квитанция от 26.11.2019 2-781. Сказали можете забрать 29.11.2019. Приехал, её нет! Приехал 2.11.2019 её нет! Попросил вернуть пуховик оплачивать услуги я не буду. Приехал 04.12.2019 До сих пор нет! Адекватного ответа я не услышал, где сейчас пуховик не кому не известно. Не чего поделать не могут. Обслуживание ужасное и отвратительное, всем плевать где твои вещи. На жалобу и пояснение что такие услуги я оплачивать не собираюсь мне директор той точки сказала: Вы всё оплатите! Вообщем не ногой туда, через суд будут возмещать ущерб. Звонил на горячую линию "Дианы" они сказали ответственность не несут. связывайтесь сами с точкой, ген. директор лЕНА трубки не берёт, занята другими делами. сегодня 17.12.2019 пуховик так и не вернули!

Режим работы до 21:00, но приемщицы работать хотят не всегда. Повесить табличку и уйти домой гораздо проще. А потом дают пустые обещания, что организуют доставку вещей на дом точно в срок. А вещи примут завтра, когда все таки придут на работу. Впечатление от этой химчистки отвратительное - не рекомендую.

Лучше не сдавайте в химчистку дорогие кожаные изделия, здесь их однозначно испортят.
