Раньше постоянно пользовались данной химчисткой. Сейчас много аналогичных компаний, но предоставляющих сервис на существенно лучших условиях.

Сдавал сюда куртку. Приёмщица по фамилии Дикарева оказалось очень непрофессиональной женщиной, проявила халатность в работе. Не умеет пользоваться терминалом, поэтому просит оплатить наличными, оформляется все около 20 минут. В конечном итоге(как оказалось) на руки мне выдала квитанцию-договор с некорректными данными! Мою вещь потеряли и больше 2-х дней искали на фабрике. Всего в химчистке вещь пробыла 8 суток. Со слов другой сотрудницы этого филиала, я понял, что случай не единичный именно у Дикаревой, люди жалуются не первый раз. Вещь смогли найти спустя 2 дня с совершенно другим номерком. Добавил одну звезду только за качество чистки, вещь вернули в отличном состоянии. Обращаться или нет именно в этот филиал на Декабристов 20, решать вам.

Много раз обращались в Диану, хорошо почистили костюм и свадебное платье супруги, а также верхнюю одежду, ковры и пледы стираем только у них.
