Хорошая химчистка Диана. Испробовала некоторые их услуги, осталась довольна. Качество работы отличное при этом приемлемые цены, попадала на акции, очень приятный момент. В принципе задержек с возвратом заказов не припомню, вовремя все выполняли.

У меня муж на работу ходит в костюмах, и частенько бывает нужно немного застирать ткань пиджака. Раньше я бы и сама может попобовала почистить, но результат какой угодно может быть. А в химчистке профи работают. Сказали, к какому дня все готово будет, так мне остается толбько засокитб финальные тренды.

Выражаю благодарность сотруднице Дианы, к сожалению, имени не помню. Принес в отделение соболиную шубу жены с огромной розовой жвачкой на капюшоне. Ситуация, скажем прямо, безнадежная. Сотрудница посоветовала услугу персонального технолога. Не знаю каким образом, но химчистки справилась и с этой задачей, за что им большое спасибо! И жвачку убрали, и мех как новенький. Жена довольна, теперь только сюда и носит безнадежные вещи

Ужасное отношение! Целый месяц меня кормили обещаниями, заставляли писать мнимые жалобы и не отадавали изделие.Только после моего личного звонка директору, мне выдали «завтра привезем». Жду завтра, хотя надежда вернуть дорогостоящее изделие уже пропала.
