Пользуюсь услугами до сегодняшнего времени давно. Больше 10 лет. Но сегодня остался приятно удивлен. Мало того,что потеряли ветровку сына,но и вычли два раза с карточки на новую химчистку. Естественно это было замечено и донесено до этого учреждения. Куртку нашли и при мне отправили в банк возврат..... В течении дня ни слуху,ни духу. После звонка к ним… Ответ простой все с нас взятки гладки. Теперь все претензии к банку. Они должны вам вернуть бабки в течении трёх банковских дней. Как косяч ить за мои деньги это они. Как обратно вернуть они не причем.... Знакомая система отъёма денег к населения. – показать

Это бессмысленно, уже много раз обращалась на горячую линию. Просто больше никогда не обращусь на эту точку. На сайте указано, что терминал работает. Люди на это рассчитывают, но когда приходят забирать вещи их ждёт сюрприз. Кстати, никаких уведомлений тоже нет, хоть бы объявление повесили. И вещи не отдают пока не оплатите, ещё просят оплатить вперёд. Если нет наличных, значит и вещь вы свою не получите. И настроение будет очень испорчено. Всегда есть выбор, больше в Диану не пойду

да.все так и есть.будут перекидывать с одного на другое. проверено нами и нашими знакомыми. с этой конторой вообще не связывайтесь. дороже выйдет. сразу пишите в свое увд

Спасибо! Курьер 09.10 привез почищенные в Диане пухо-перьевые подушки. Они сейчас в отличном состоянии и новые наперники я тоже оценила. Благодарю Вас :)
