Отсутствие квалифицированных врачей, способных назначить курс лечения. После отсутствия госпитализации по вирусной инфекции на горячей линии сказали обратиться в местную поликлинику...господи лучше тихо умирать, чем видеть весь этот ужас беспомощности горе врача, который пытался назначить мне курс лечения. На вопрос можно ли сдать анализы, следует ответ - нет. На вопрос какой антибиотик и почему его назначаете ответа не нашлось. Это больше походило на студента не выучившего уроки, который пытается не упасть в грязь лицом. Итог: выписан рецепт на антибиотик, однако врач, которому я показал постановление видимо не в курсе, что 2 недели я даже из дома выйти не могу за этим лекарством, чтобы его приобрести. "Врач" сказал в течении 3 дней передаются лекарства с собой ничего нет, т. е я должен 3 дня оставаться без лечения и надеется на русский авось или возможную скорую помощь. Уважаемое руководство ДЦ 5 филиал 6 лучше ответьте честно, врачей нет и мы безсильны, чем отнимать драгоценное время у больных (за частую смертельно) людей. Это не камень в огород наших доблестных врачей, коих очень много, низкий им поклон за их работу! Но заниматься формальным закрытием заявок за которыми стоят людские жизни, лишь бы бумагой задницу закрыть, извините это подлость!
