Делала КТ лёгких 29.04.2020 заключение прислали своевременно. Однако в заключении нет понимания на сколько процентов есть поражения в легеих. Обращалась к терапевтам и в скорую спрашивают какое КТ? Кт 1,кт 2? В такое тяжёлое время нет четкого понимания заключения, заключение гласит обращайтесь к терапевту. Жалею очень, что не обратилась в другую клинику. Никому не советую обращаться сюда. И почему то не выдают кассовые чеки!

Спасибо за ваш отзыв. Именно в этот момент возникают такие негативы. Во первых — ваши терапевты обязаны, обязаны сами смотреть электронную запись на диске и оценивать состояние пациента. Мы диагностируем, а не лечим. В заключении четко написано, «не является диагнозом и следует обращаться к лечащему врачу». Что касается кассовых чеков, согласно отчета ОФД платформы по вашему исследованию был пробит чек в 23—18, 07.05.2020, очевидно вы просто не взяли чек или забыли его взять, но фискальная поз иция нами соблюдена. Не болейте, будьте внимательны к своему здоровью и обращайтесь своевременно в лечащему врачу. Спасибо. – показать

Делал сегодня (30.04) КТ легких в 9:30. Заключение так и не получил.

Уважаемый Дмитрий, Вы должны были получить заключение в течении суток, но после 30 апреля, 1 мая наш центр не работал, следовательно вам должны были отправить заключение на почту 2 мая. Но если вы до сих пор, а уже не 1 мая, а 6 мая не получили заключения, это в любом случае не нормально, напишите на почту администратору и мы проверим и разберемся почему так получилось Почта nevromed-2016@mail.ru.Если же вы все же получили заключение 2 мая, то просьба такуую информацию так же писать в отзыв е.
