Не обслуживают по-украински, обращались по-русски постоянно. Сотрудница таможни была очень обходительна и помогала с заполнением бланков и оплатой. Сама доставка из США в Украину быстрее, чем из Киева в Харьков. Но они не работают по выходным, из-за чего время ожидания увеличилось. Можно добавить немного современности, и вместо звонков просто писать СМС или имейл отправлять. Не обслуговують Українською, звертались російською постійно. Співробітниця таможні була дуже ввічлива і допомогала з заповненням бланків і оплатою. Сама доставка з США до України швидше, ніж з Києва до Харкова. Але вони не працюють по вихідним, через що час очікування збільшився. Можна додати трохи сучасності, і замість дзвінків просто писати СМС або імейл надсилати.
