Не выполняют взятые обязательства, взяли деньги за диагностику 500 рублей сразу, не перезвонили как обещали - озвучить стоимость ремонта, поставили перед фактом завышенной ценой, и то когда мы уже им набрали, мы попросили скидку за их косяк - они отказали, в итоге мы от ремонта отказались, они нам вынесли разобранный наш принтер (и типа при нас собрали, хотя я точно не уверен в оригинальности деталей что теперь в нём, ещё и какие-то детальки остались мне в ладонь, "не влезли" наверно, или до этого поменяли на негодные, себе взяв оригинал). В общем контора та ещё "разводилово"- на вопрос почему не позвонили не предупредили о такой высокой стоимости ремонта (за эти деньги можно новый купить) ответили "покачану" и "потому-что" - хамы, негодяи, подлецы - в 90-е разнёс бы этот лохотрон на щепки, сейчас нельзя..... Мы попали на 500 рублей +поездки двух человек в два конца, и получили в "странном" неработающим состоянии принтер, а они только приобрели 500 рублей и детали оригинальные..... Лоханулись мы, ведь давали себе "установку" не обращаться в подобные конторы и отзывы в интернете о них об этом говорят, но некогда было мониторить, надо было срочно по делу поработать с принтером вот и обратились..... судя по отзывам когда они всё-таки что-то отремонтировали или вообще сделали - как раз из деталей принтера такого "клиента" как я....
