Посетили данное учреждение сегодня вечером. Находились в травмпункте и были потрясены отношением персонала к своим пациентам. Мужчина-травмотолог оказался приятным человеком и приветливым работником, что не скажешь об особе женского пола находящейся в одном кабинете с травмотологом(видимо, гражданка имела другие обязанности). С самого порога кабинета на моего товарища обрушился шквал критики и негативных возгласов, в процессе упреков была затронута тема нашего социального статуса, цитирую: «крес тьянские дети» (возможно не так расслышали), а ведь молодой человек всего лишь не снял куртку. Также представительница прекрасного пола позволила себе злоупотребить своими должностными обязанностями и даже говорила, что позвонит своему мужу и т.д. Это за то, что я заявился именно в этот травмпункт, а должен был идти, в тот, где мне оказали помощь изначально. Также критике подверглось все молодое поколение в целом, что оскорбило меня и моего приятеля и ранило в самое сердце, ноги подкосились, и мы еле вышли из кабинета. Непонятно только одно, почему нельзя было разрешить ситуацию иным путем, без затрагивания таких болезненных тем. В общем, я до сих пор не могу отойти от шокового состояния после посещения этого травмотологического пункта. Единственный кто был лучиком солнца в этой темной комнате, так это охранник, мужчина оказался вежливым и интеллигентным работником, отдельное ему спасибо и мое уважение, всех благ и удачи. Благодаря такому ценному сотруднику, оценка будет выставлена не самая низкая. – показать
