Директор ужасная, пафосная, отвечает грубо, я приехал, поздоровался, сказал Бекасово 13 паллет, она меня послала, увольнять таких надо. Учитесь нормально и вежливо общаться, и будет всем хорошо.

Ужасная доставка г. Дмитров! Очень долгое время пользуюсь самовывозом из данного магазина. Но, волей случая, сидя на даче, пришлось воспользоваться доставкой. Заказ был большой, много наименований. Оформляла 20.05.20, в выпадающем списке выбрала дату 21.05.20, все ок, приходит подтверждение и дата доставки 22.05.20 (почему не объясняется). Это был первый звоночек! Затем в день доставки звоню уточнить, а есть ли хоть приблизительное понимание когда будет курьер - никакой информации, сидите ждите с 9-20. Потом звонит сам курьер и весьма вольяжным тоном начинает выяснять куда ехать, но подъедет он, оказывается, только через пару часов. Второй звоночек! В 19:45 приезжает курьер, я выхожу и обнаруживаю, что привезли мне только часть заказа. Затем курьер предлагает не звонить в дет мир и говорит, что сам разрулит со складом и, что он, скорее всего отдал кому-то мой заказ, и вообще, по-человечески войдите в положение. Занавес!! Я звоню в дет мир и мне говорят, что нужно составить заявку, срок рассмотрения ОТ 1 дня. Заявку создала, все отправила, сама звонила в службу по работе с клиентами... на данный момент от магазина никакой информации, тишина. Ужасное обслуживание интернет-магазина!
