Совершила покупку детских вещей в этом филиале на сумму 15000Р. Дома обнаружила, что одну вещь пробили дважды. Да, конечно, можно списать на человеческий фактор, но... Когда я вернулась, чтобы решить вопрос с "обсчетом" , меня встретили недовольные лица, как будто это я их обсчитала💁‍♀️. Никаких извинений в свой адрес я тоже не услышала. Будьте внимательны, проверяйте чеки👌

Заказ 5687381603. Забрать по 17.12.19 включительно на стойке выдачи в магазине Москва Снежная ул д.26 Сначало мне вручили не тот товар, спутя 10 минут пререканий все же поняли что совершили ошибку и предоставили нужный. Простяв очереде еще 10 минут, оказалось что по первоночально цене заказа продать не могут.И вариантов кроме как купить по основной цене, других вариантов нет. Товар для ребенка. Прошу компанию компенсировать мне разницу в цене. касса 7374 чек продажи 139 дата/время 17.12.19 в 19:19
