Ужасное отношение к покупателям, полный игнор. Искала подарок ребёнку ролики, пришла найти нужный размер не смогла, посмотрела в приложении в наличии есть, обратилась к сотруднику, молодой мальчишка поискал не нашёл, молча ушёл ни чего не сказал, два часа бродила по магазину думала ищут нужный мне товар, а как оказалось не особо кто то искал, обратилась к другому сотруднику тот поискал тоже не нашёл, в итоге третий ушёл смотреть, мы подождали не выдержали спросили, а нам в ответ цитирую: "А вам что не вышли не сказали? Они есть в наличии, но они бракованные пришли со сломанными колёсиками" И чтоб услышать эту информацию у меня ушло два часа, вы блин издеваетесь!? Почему бракованный товар не списан а находиться в наличии как нормальный, а если бы я его заказала и оплатила через приложение. И вообще в магазине полный бардак, товар валяется как попало очень трудно что то найти, работников не видать понабрали молодых которые работать не хотят.

Сделала заказ через приложение из списка товаров, который был указан "в наличии" и "завтра будет готов к выдаче". Естественно оплатила покупку сразу. Заказ висел все это время в статусе "на сборке". Наверное, заказанные памперсы бедные продавцы бегали и собирали по всему Алтайскому краю. В итоге мне служба поддержки предложила заказывать повторно и якобы отправила" извинительный" промокод на аж 200 рублей. Заказ я, конечно, отменила, не дождавшись. Но и свой несчастный промокод бедный магазин решил забрать назад. 🤦🏻‍♀️Вот уж действительно "Центр заботы о клиентах". Что-то не хочется магазину желать успеха и процветания...🤷🏻‍♀️ PS скриншот от 16 июня 2024г.
