Странная компания. Ещё осенью при огромном зале и куче товаров не смогли показать детскую игровую палатку, хотя в магазине в наличии она была. На инфо стойке сказали - сделайте заказ - покажем товар. И им было абсолютно неинтересно, куплю я его, или нет. На вопрос "а как я его куплю, если не увижу" ответ был "а если мы вам палатку распакуем, а вы не возьмёте, то кто её потом купит?" Забавно слышать такие аргументы в наше время, когда все уже научились торговать и идти навстречу клиентам. Недавно пытался заказать машину-каталку. Калейдоскоп закрыт, товар есть в Отрадном, но они его не доставляют на дом. А почему, никто не объясняет. Писал в поддержку - ответ "нет, приезжайте и забирайте из магазина". И это при общей обстановке самоизоляции и призывов сидеть дома я поеду в другой район в какой-то тц! В общем, Детский Мир, купил я в обоих случаях товар не у вас. Работать вы не умеете и не хотите, а навстречу клиентам пойти даже и не пытаетесь.
