Безобразие в интернет заказах и жалобах: 1) Оформила жалобу. Прошло более трех дней ответа и реакции магазина не последовало. 2) Отсутствуют позиции при заборе заказа 3) Для позиций неверно приложены размеры 4) Поздний сбор заказа 5) Не привязка заказа к бонусной карте 6) Нет нормального личного кабинета 7) возможности посмотреть статус заказа и состав. 8) При заборе заказа постоянно возникаю разные отговорки. Мы не положили данный товар в заказ, например: Мы не положили данный товар, так как был брак. 9) В чеках интернет заказов отсутствует информация о бонусной карте. В следствии невозможно отследить прошли ли начисления. 10) Компания Дубль Гис не публикует отрицательный отзыв. Удаляет необоснованно предыдущий отзыв.
