Хочу выразить свое недовольство работой администраторов. К сожалению, несколько администраторов не ориентируется в своих обязанностях и вводят пациентов в заблуждение. Врач назначил ребенку два анализа, но администратор не смог разобраться с их оформлением с первого раза пока не нашли назначение врача и не выделили, что конкретно надо. Работают ооочень медленно, хотя в очереди никого нет. Это создает дополнительные трудности с маленьким ребенком. И это не единичная ситуация. Надеюсь, что руководство обратит внимание на эту проблему и примет меры для улучшения работы персонала. Клиника на Шаманова
