Собирались начать ходить к логопеду, но уже первое занятие было сорвано. Живем далековато, собрала ребёнка, привезла общественным транспортом к назначенному времени, но дверь закрыта, на мобильные никто не отвечает. Очень расстроенные уехали обратно. Девушка-администратор перезвонила спустя 2,5 часа, как ни в чем не бывало. К ней вообще много вопросов. Такое ощущение, что она не администратор, а просто левый человек, который на телефон отвечает когда захочет, в свободное от тренировок время (постоянные фразы типа «я закончу тренировку/освобожусь и уточню»). При первом обращении, она попросила написать смс с описанием проблемы для дефектолога, я не поленилась, описала все подробно, но она не отвечала 3 дня, пока я сама не перезвонила. Смс она и не читала. WTF? Это какой-то новый уровень сервиса?!!! Будем искать другое место

Мне очень нравится этот центр ! Удобное расположение и график занятий. Удивило то, что некоторые группы занимаются с 6:00!!! Я хожу туда с малышом на йогу ( ☝️И кстати , у них есть группа, где мамочки занимаются со своими малышами ) Это очень удобно , когда ребёнка не с кем оставить ! И отдельную благодарность хочу выразить нашему преподавателю- мастеру Любови)) Ее занятия всегда проходят на позитиве👌 . И каждый раз удаётся «открыть» для себя своё тело с новой стороны!!
