Эта больница выглядит хорошо. Врачи очень вежливые. Я очень благодарна доктору Кулаевой Алене Сергеевне и ее партнерше, они очень хорошо к нам отнеслись. Спасибо вам всем!!!

Как и во всем здравоохранении, главная проблема в оптимизации. Оптимизаторы главным критерием выбрали деньги, а не качество. Здание давно требует ремонта. Стоянок нет, с больными детьми видимо на трамвае ехать нужно. Но проблема не только этой поликлиники, это проблема всего здравоохранения.

Потеряли амбулаторную карту полтора года назад. Никто ничего не хочет делать, ни медсестра с врачом на участке, ни администраторы в регистратуре, ни сотрудники архива, ни даже заведующая, которой было написано заявление. Полная безалаберность и безнаказанность. Карту на руки никогда не выдают, так как это собственность поликлиники, вот только следить за своей собственностью не в состоянии.

Больше всего в этой поликлинике нравятся сотрудники. Участковый врач, Коровина Екатерина Ивановна, чувствуется, что врач с большим опытом, всегда выслушает и даст полезные рекомендации. Заведующая педиатрическим отделением, Машкина Ольга Александровна, всегда готова помочь. Ребенок у нас сложный, хлопот ей мы доставляем много, но ни отказа, ни отговорок с ее стороны никогда не было. Главврач поликлиники, Шилова Галина Львовна, тоже всегда готова помочь. Чувствуется, что своих сотрудников держит в строгости, ни на что не закрывает глаза, поэтому в поликлинике порядок. А в остальном обычная хорошая поликлиника.
