Уважаемый пользователь! Меня зовут Рано Батырхановна , я являюсь заместителем главного врача по медицинской части дгп 10. Я ознакомилась с Вашим отзывом по итогам посещения нашей поликлиники и хотела бы принести свои извинения за те сложности, с которыми Вы столкнулись при получении медицинской помощи. Я считаю залогом качественной медицины ее доступность и своевременность. Описанная Вами ситуация вызывает ряд вопросов, нет информации о ребёнке , дате визита и к какому врачу специалисту Вы не могли попасть. Сообщаем Вам, что в головном учреждении нашего Амбулаторного центра поликлиники, а также в 4 его филиалах ведут прием врачи педиатры, врачи педиатры участковые, врачи- лаборанты, врачи специалисты 1 и 2 уровней по всем необходимым специальностям, врачи функциональной и ультразвуковой диагностики. Направления на 3 уровень оказания первичной медико- санитарной помощи выдаются пациентам при наличии медицинских показаний. Мне хотелось бы пообщаться с Вами лично, что позволит получить больше деталей о посещении поликлиники, которые будут использованы для проведения служебной проверки, а также оказания предметной помощи при необходимости.
