Отвратительная поликлиника, которая наплевательски относится к детям. Никакого нормального лечения не назначают, только пожимают плечами и не хотят лечить. Никаких анализов назначать не могут. Не водите туда детей, если хотите, чтобы они остались живыми

Звонила в детский травмпункт 5 февраля в 12:34. Научите сотрудников регистратуры вежливо общаться с людьми. -Детский травмпункт. -Здравствуйте! Прошу прощения, а взрослого человека с паспортом примете? Срываясь на крик, сотрудник регистратуры: -ДЕТСКИЙ. ТРАВМ. ПУНКТ. -Мало ли, иногда и взрослых принимают, тк вы ближе всего находитесь( не успела договорить) -ДО СВИДАНИЯ (сбросили трубку) Нельзя так хамить. Я человек - вменяемый, можно и адекватно отказать.

Ещё подростком самостоятельно ходила в эту поликлинику. Не раз сталкивалась с хамством со стороны сотрудников регистратуры, если была одна. В детстве, когда была с мамой, такого не было. Сегодня, 5 февраля, звонила в детский травмпункт в 12:34. Я уже знаю, что звонила не по адресу (слышала, что по закону в травмпунктах принимают ВСЕХ), ошиблась. Разговор:-Детский травмпункт. -Здравствуйте! Прошу прощения, а взрослого человека с паспортом примете?Срываясь на крик, сотрудник регистрат уры:-ДЕТСКИЙ. ТРАВМ.
