Изготавливают, конечно, не быстро. У нас изготовление заняло 1.5 месяца. Но окна того однозначно стоят. По моему опыту дерево-аллюминиевые конструкции намного практичнее, долговечнее и надежнее, чем пластиковый профиль. У этой компании, к тому же, отличный выбор по цветам. Нашли у них то, что в интерьер квартиры вписалось идеально.

Заменила в новой купленной квартире окна. За заменой обратилась в вашу компанию. Окна заказывала из дерева. Менеджер хорошо всё объяснила, как будет происходить изготовление и установка. А в субботу с утра ко мне приехал замерщик. Замерил оба окна, и сказал точную сумму. Изготовления я ждала, через 4 недели мне перезвонили и спросили на какой день назначим установку. Я сказала, что на завтра. С утра уже ребята выгрузили, занесли стеклопакеты и стали устанавливать. Я старалась не мешать и подходила, если меня спрашивали. Окна отличные, открываются и закрываются легко. Звука с улицы не слышно.

Устанавливали одно окно. Все было отлично, пока не установили само окно - у мастеров монтажа не оказалось закрывающих документов и гребенок на окно. Просто убежали без объяснений. Прошло 2,5 месяца - ни гребенок, ни актов сдачи-приемки. Хорошо начинали, но закончить нормально так и не смогли. Надеюсь, что у остальных клиентов все более удачно закончилось.
