В настоящее время это комплекс складских и офисных зданий. Несмотря на поверхностный косметический ремонт, находиться, а тем более работать там исключительно некомфортно из-за устаревших и изношенных инженерных систем, из вентиляции постоянно дурно пахнет, а кондиционер ревёт как трактор. В помещения летом душно, зимой холодно. Транспортная доступность ниже среднего, автобусы ходят редко, метро далеко
