Был в управлении по вопросам миграции, нужно было забрать готовую справку, мало того, что не позвонили по ее готовности, как обещали, так ещё работает только одно окно на 20 человек. Талоны можно получить либо по предварительной записи в отдельное время либо через администратора, который вместе со всем персоналом уходит на обед, т.е. в отделении ВООБЩЕ НИКОГО НЕТ, талон самостоятельно взять невозможно!!!!!!! И это они называют оптимизацией и сокращением времени ожидания, я провел в этом месте 2,5 часа!!!!!!! Чтобы получить справку за 5 минут!!!!!!!!! Ужасно!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! И справку я так и не получил, ответ "справка готова, но печать на нее не поставили, она в другом здании, приходите в понедельник" и справку я ждал МЕСЯЦ!!!!!!!!!!!!! ОНИ НЕ МОГУТ ЗА МЕСЯЦ СПРАВКУ ДОЛЖНЫМ ОБРАЗОМ ОФОРМИТЬ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Большие очереди на выдачу загранпаспорта. Улучшить сервис можно сделав выдачу талонов через терминал. Женщина в окошке выдачи талонов необоснованно агресивна и недопустимо груба.
