Отвратительное место и сама хозяйка ИП, ей нельзя с людьми работать. А фильмы, пусть дома смотрит. Давно пора закрыть контору.

Мне нужно было распечатать фото 10 на 15. Это фото, сделанное самостоятельно в программе "Фото на документы" и специальным образом подготовленное к печати именно в размере 10 на 15. С меня за печать изображения 10 на 15 потребовали 300 руб (!). То есть продавец (она же владелец ИП) запросила с меня такую сумму, как если бы я сфотографировалась в самом салоне, и если бы мне сделали ретушь там же. Когда я пообещала пожаловаться в Службу защиты прав потребителей, она согласилась распечатать изображение за 20 руб. Чек за услугу мне НЕ БЫЛ ВЫДАН. Я получила жалкий листок 10 на 15, четверть листка формата A4, криво обрезанный. И нужное мне изображение было на нём УМЕНЬШЕНО (!). Очевидно, что это было сделано намеренно, чтобы я не смогла использовать свой снимок по назначению. С таким хамством и наглостью я не сталкивалась никогда. Конечно же, ругаться я не пойду в салон "ДеоГен", но жалобу в Службу защиты прав потребителей отправлю.

Неоднократно обращался за фото для визы, фотограф Юлия всегда делала именно то, что нужно даже когда я не знал параметры фото. Всегда всё принимали без проблем.
