Вот уже больше года прохожу лечение у Шайдуллиной Л.И. в клинике Арт-Дентал. Пока о результатах говорить рано, промежуточным этапом исправления довольна. Отношения, как правило, доброжелательное, всё объясняет, на вопросы отвечает. Но…Терерь о «минусах». Очень непунктуальный доктор. Приём изредка начинается вовремя. Писала заявление в книге жалоб. Ответ руководства: до Вас были сложные пациенты. Я стала записываться самой первой. Сегодня например, записана была на 9. Врач подошла в 9.10., по ка переоделась, собралась, приём начался в 9.20 (естественно, весь приём впопыхах). Тоже самое было и в прошлый раз в декабре. Тогда приём задержали почти на 30 минут. (То есть это не единичные случаи, «обстоятельства» и т.д., а в порядке вещей). Сегодня снова написала заявление. Спросила у Лилии Исмагыйловны: почему так происходит. И вот тут я столкнулась с откровенным хамством (если не сказать, быдлостью). «Извиняться я перед Вами не собираюсь», на мой аргумент, что я всегда прихожу вовремя, она ответила: «ну тоже опоздайте, если Вам так будет легче», «Можете написать заявление», на мою фразу, что я уже написала, врач сказала: «Ещё напишите, пишите сколько хотите». То есть чувствуется безноказанность к происходящему.Обратилась к глав.врачу клиники. Выслушал, согласился со мной, что такое поведение не допустимо, в качестве извинений сделали постоянную скидку в данной клинике. Итог: за улыбкой милой девушки скрывается человек, не знакомый с основами деонтологии и врачебной этики, не пунктуальный и в принципе, неуважающий пациентов. Как о специалисте-ортодонте смогу судить только по результатам работы. – показать

Отличный доктор, доброжелательный, внимателен к пациентам, что очень важно в этой профессии, компетентен во всех вопросах касаемо медицины, он 'бриллиант' в своей сфере'.
