Отвратительная стоматология. Отправили туда по ДМС, с острой болью. в итоге лечилась в стоме за свои деньги, потому что там даже каналы толком не прочистил врач!

Пользовался услугами данной клиники несколько лет назад, всё было в порядке, только одно неудобство — карточки к оплате не принимали.На днях возникла необходимость — обратился к ним снова; записался на 12 часов дня на вчера 8 августа — работают они вроде как с 9-ти или 10-ти часов. Как раз над городом гроза-ливень проходили. Добрался кое-как под потоками воды, меня поприветствовали и сказали, что придётся подождать, т.к. доктор «ещё не подошёл, может быть пробки…!!!» Это в 12-то часов рабоче го дня, на окраине города при начале работы в 9… Пробки как причина — на идиота что ли рассчитано??? Ладно, всякое бывает, но позвонить, предупредить, чтобы клиент под ливнем туда не спешил — необходимость таких элементарных вещей, наверное, выше понимания нашего ненавязчивого сервиса… В общем, для меня эта точка перестала существовать, к сожалению. – показать

Сама клиника уютная, удобная комната ожидания, удобная мебель, новое оборудование, вежливый и чуткий персонал. причем не только врачи, но и ассистенты и администраторы на ресепшн. Вылечили 4 зуба, все отлично, деньги отдал, но только через 1,5 месяца оказалось, что не так все хорошо. 2 зуба переделывать придется. огорчило конечно.
