Здравствуйте! Хочу Вам рассказть об этой компании. Долго искал бампер на Киа Соренто 2005г, наткнулся на этих ребят) позвонил по телефону мне менеджеры уверяли, что у них есть такой бампер именно на эту машину, я несколько раз переспросил их, они мне четко и внятно сказали, что да этот бампер именно под эту машину! В итоге я внес задаток и мне привез курьер и я ему оплатил остаток по сумме и оплатил курьерскую доставку. Прошла неделя мне звонят ребята из сервиса и говорят что этот бампер не подходит. Я стал звонить в Дем-авто, рассказал что бампер не подошел и что мне надо его вернуть, так они говорят что какая-то наклейка должна быть на упаковке и без этой наклейки они отказываются принимать обратно! В итоге получается, что меня обманули и впарили бампер))) Так что имейте ввиду, что там работают машейники и разводилы !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Здравствуйте, Гарик! Спасибо за Ваш отзыв! Запчасти со следами установки, царапинами, грязи, с поврежденной упаковкой или без нее, а также при отсутствии оригинала накладной, и оригинальных этикеток завода производителя,возврату не подлежат! Это общепринятые правила, которые регулируются законодательством. Как мы примем товар, если он не имеет упаковки, и уже не имеет товарного вида?! Кому мы его продадим? При доставке мы оповестили сервис, и получили подпись во второй накладной (наш экземпляр). Обратитесь в офис по телефону +7(926)900-00-87 и мы вышлем скан документов. Будут вопросы -пишите!
