Отвратительный магазин, грубая и невоспитанная женщина администратор. Ей явно нельзя работать на руководящей должности. Совершал в этом магазине покупки 2 раза в своей жизни в 2017г, и вчера, каждый раз скандал. Был в магазинах их сети в терновке и в заводском районе хороший добрый персонал, никаких проблем с покупкой не возникало, меняли товар если бракованный, а здесь она явно не на своём месте, грубит, не соблюдает законов рф. Так же как и у предыдущего комментатора первый раз были проблемы с качеством товара( купил велосипед ребёнку) . Сначала взорвалось колесо при сборке, через 3 дня сломалась система переключения на ровном месте. Свою проблему не признали, сертификат соответствия на велосипед не предоставили, книгу жалоб так и не дали. Как итог ребёнок расстроен. А вчера вообще пытались обмануть на деньги. Покупал железную дорогу, ценник один, на кассе после 10 минут ожидания ценик вырос на 400р, причём меня никто не предупредил, просто поставили перед фактом на кассе. Ценик с витрины они быстро убрали, сфотографировать не успел. Администратор просто начала грубить. Покупать не стал из принципа, поехал на ударную в их магазин и купил по нормальной цене которая была изначально на кронштадской. Приехав домой обнаружил небольшую проблему, приехал обратно поменяли без проблем. Там почему то нормальные адекватные люди работают. Так же совершал покупку в терновке весной покупал 2 велосипеда и тоже никаких проблем. Больше именно в магазин на кронштадской никогда не пойду и вам не советую. Лучше съездите на ударную 43.

продавцы грубые.продают не качественный товар,который через 2 дня ломается,обмен товара не осуществляют.очень не понравился магазин.разочарованы
