Давно пользуюсь услугами компании. В этот раз заказала генеральную уборку квартиры. Несмотря на небольшое опоздание (на 15 минут, объяснили, что долго искали адрес), седлали всё достаточно быстро и качественно. В общем осталась довольна. Соотношение цены и качества удовлетворило.

Безответственный подход к делу администраторов, демонстрирующих низкий профессиональный уровень и незаинтересованность в работе! года два назад перестала пользоваться услугами Delta Clean, т.к. не удовлетворяло качество работы с их администраторами. Доходило до того, что могли перепутать время, прислать больного уборщика, или уборщика без инструментария и чистящих средств. Но после получения рекламного СМС о скидках на обслуживание для старых клиентов, забыв о своем плачевном опыте работы с ними, решила сделать заказ. 21 августа оформила заявку через их сайт на генеральную уборку и мойку окон на 24 августа. Зная, что это единственный день в моем графике, когда я смогу просидеть весь день дома, перезвонила 22 августа по их номеру телефона. Администратор сказала, что они подтверждают заказ вечером накануне уборки и перезванивает сами, но если я уже сама позвонила, то она заказ подтверждает, а точную стоимость укажет в 19:00, того же 22 августа, перезвонив мне. Ни 22, ни 23 я звонка не дождалась утром в день назначенной и ПОДТВЕРДЕННОЙ уборки, в 11:04 пришлось звонить в эту контору, поскольку уборщика не было. В этот раз администратор сказала, что моя заявка затерялась среди "сыплющейся рекламы". На мою реплику, что заявка была подтверждена ее коллегой 22 августа, последовала долгая пауза, которую пришлось прервать вопросом: "Уборщика сегодня не будет?". Ответ: "Да, сегодня не будкь, только завтра".
