Груз пришёл испорчен, написали претензию, сказали с вами свяжется наш менеджер. И всё на этом, ни ответа ни привета. Детский матрасик весь испачкан в чем-то чёрном, причём он был абсолютно белого цвета при заказе(((

Ужасно. Мало того, груз шёл 3 недели с Владивостока до Свердловской области. Должен был доставлен груз курьером. Время было оговорено по телефону с оператором. Доставка оплачена. Груз не доставлен.На следующий день позвонили, извинились, спросили опять, когда доставить и... Тишина. В общем 2 суток доставка в черте города?
