Здравствуйте! Есть ли возможность поискать мой груз на складе в Шушарах, последний раз он был зарегистрирован по этому адресу и на данный момент местонахождение уточняется уже 2 недели (в службе поддержки рекомендовали писать претензию о потере груза) ? Номер накладной 20-00371098726

Заказали доставку груза с Сургут до Санкт-Петербурга, доставку на адрес назначили на 21.09, прождав груз 4 часа, нам сообщили, что груза не будет ( причину не назвали). Назначили доставку на следующий день 22.09, ситуация повторились, но на этот раз водителю не загрузили груз, потому что его нет на складе. А где наш груз никто не знает! Сотрудники ДЛ ничем не могут нам помочь, сказали ждать звонка. Сколько ждать звонка? ! Тоже никто не знает!
