О ТОМ КАК КУРЬЕР НЕ ЗАБРАЛ ГРУЗ. 13.02. 25 мною была подана заявка на отправку посылки. Согласно подано заявке, 14.02 с 09:00 до 18:00 курьер должен был приехать за посылкой (так заявлено на сайте при оформлении заказа). 14.02 я прождала курьера ВЕСЬ ДЕНЬ! Ближе к обеду я позвонила сама по указанному номеру водителя, водитель мне сказал, что он не успевает, он не делали сегодня второй рейс!... По итогу разговора, он обещал мне перезвонить в конце дня. НО! ОН НЕ ПЕРЕЗВОНИЛ! На мои звонки не отвечал... В итоге, мы ему дозвонились и он сказал, что менеджер ему не передала документы на мой заказ, что в пятницу они не делают второй рейс и т.д. Деловые Линии, вы транспортная компания, перевозки это ВАШ ХЛЕБ, что творите зачем так себя не уважаете? Впечатление, что у вас там ни логисты, а министры работают. А экспедиция вообще никакая?! Или мне не повезло и пятница у вас нерабочий день (перед выходными можно не работать)??? Может мне скидку сделаете за моё бесплатное ожидание? У ваших сотрудников время не имеет цены (особенно их рабочее время, за которое ВЫ им платите деньги), моё время стоит дорого! С таким отношением к людям ВАШИ клиенты уйдут к другому перевозчику.

Никогда не связывайтесь с этой компанией! Заказала мебель на Озоне. Сказали, сегодня доставка. Взяла отгул, жду. Оператор подтвердила, что да, мой адрес в списке у водилы. К концу дня доставят. Звоню водителю: Я к вам уже не поеду, меня на другой адрес послали! Я звоню оператору в 17-05 . -Вам в течении часа позвонит логист. А в 18-00 они заканчивают работать. Подождала 30 минут. Опять оператору звоню. Чего и сколько мне ждать? -Да, сегодня уже не привезут. Это что за шарага?!!!! А я тоже работаю. И уйти в любое время не могу.
