Поганая контора. Теряют груз, сроки доставки срывают. Навязывают какую-то страховку. Непонятно на что, и как потом рассчитывают выплаты непонятно. В очередной раз груз потеряли.

В 9 утра груз был целый, в 10 утра моя кровать уже была испорчена. Из-за рукожопости сотрудников, я теперь должна тратить свое время, чтобы заполнить претензию(которую еще нужно найти где распечатать, потому что через личный кабинет мне отправить не дает. Оператор говорит, что нужно распечатать, заполнить, сфотографировать и отправить на эл. почту.),отправить, ждать ответ и деньги, а могла это время потратить на своего грудного ребенка. Я осталась без кровати, новую ждать еще недели две и спать теперь на полу, куча потерянного времени и нервов. Не рекомендую эту фирму.
