Не возможно рассчитать заказ, а уж дозвониться до сотрудников не представляется возможным, а после просмотренных отзывов отпало всякое желание иметь хоть какое-то дело с деловыми линиями. У людей пропадает товар, интересно что же будет с моим, если у меня хрупкий. Отвратительная компания никому не советую

12.12.24 я создала на сайте заявку: ввела размеры, адрес отправителя, выбрала доп упаковку, от страхования отказаться не удалось, оператор написала что отказаться от страхования можно только после оформления накладной в течении 3х дней. В пятницу курьер забрал посылку и в лк появилась накладная на сумму 5500₽( изначально было 2942₽). Были включены не заказанные мною услуги: жесткая упаковка, доставка до адресата, страхование. Я сразу начала звонить на гл и писать писать в чаты обращения. По телефону мне сказали что доставку до адресата убрали, обращение по жесткой упаковке удовлетворено, но сумма в накладной в лк не изменилась. По отмене страхования меня динамили несколько дней, отмазываясь тем что звонили мне , но не смогли дозвониться, а отмена страховки возможна только по телефону! Составлена куча обращений и жалоб, потрачены деньги на звонки на горячую линию , а толку ноль. Я даже до терминала доехала с претензией, там были удивлены почему это я не хочу оплачивать услугу, которой не планирую пользоваться!? Я думала сдек пробил дно, но Деловые линии постучали снизу…
