Имела глупость обратиться в "Деломелику" для прохождения предварительного медицинского осмотра. Как писал комментатор ниже, медосмотр в "Деломедике" - квест по сбору печатей, при этом,клиника выдаёт медкнижки и справки для ГАИ! Но, несмотря на это, заключение готовиться 3-5 рабочих дней. Так долго справки не готовить ни одна клиника в Серпухове, даже государственные. Разные администраторы и операторы горячей линии дают разные ответы на один и тот же вопрос. На вопрос когда будут готовы результаты анализов я получила три ответа: на следующий день, в течение 3 рабочих дней, через 5 рабочих дней (выбирай что хочешь). Также, не очень уважаемый администратор "забыла" предупредить, что есть опция срочной подготовки анализов/ заключения о медосмотре за отдельную плату. Никому не рекомендую обращаться в данную клинику, если дорожите своими нервами и временем.

Очень ужасное отношение к клиентам. Бестактные врачи и кассиры, неуважительно общаются. По несколько раз приходиться повторять что тебе от них нужно, и вечные разговоры , смешки между собой, сидят в своих смартфонах и угарают с видосов. Просто был удивлен и очень сильно оскорблен этими сотрудниками. Врачиха вообще одна затроллила меня и попросила "раздеться до трусов в кабинете ", потом заржала и сказала "надо было снять кофту всего лишь". В общем отношение хуже чем в бесплатных поликлиниках. И еще обещанное мне смс-сообщение (которое уведомляет о готовности) не пришло во время, когда я делал мед.книгу , позвонил им сам и забрал ее, а смс пришло через два дня после того как я забрал уже книгу. В общем просто полный треш, надо было жалобную книгу у них еще попросить, что-то не решился, в следующий раз так и сделаю. Еще две сотрудницы смеялись над моей профессией вожатого.
