Большой выбор тканей и другого материала для шитья. Но вот работники, как не зайду, почти всегда и все недовольные. Обслуживают вяло и неохотно. Купила ткань, было написано остаток, а на кассе сказали, что это не остаток. Пришла купить такой же ткани, раз сказали что есть ещё. Потом говорят, что мне сказали неправду. Ну ладно, не страшно. Покупала ткань, в образцах есть, по факту нет. Продали не ту ткань, похожие, но различия есть по качеству. Спросила какие самые крепкие нитки, оказались ужасные по качеству. Нитки распускаются, сложно заправить в иголку, путаются. Попробовала прошить на машинке, нитка запуталась сама по себе и погналась.

Отвратительный персонал, серьезно. На данный момент, в условиях жесткой конкуренции на рынке, ваши продавцы-консультанты абсолютно не клиентоориентированны! Как можно настолько не любить свою работу и своих покупателей. При любом вопросе смотрят на тебя как на человека недалекого ума. Я уже молчу про элементарные здравствуйте и до свидания. Создаётся впечатление, что когда их отвлекают от личных бесед, они так и скажут: «Девушка, вы не видите, что мы разговариваем?». Ставлю две звезды только за ассортимент. Но в магазин больше не вернусь. Руководство, обратите внимание сколько отрицательных отзывов относительно вашего персонала. Неужели вам все равно на вашу репутацию?
