Зашла сегодня, чтобы приобрести трудовую книжку, молодой человек сказал, что за неё рассчитаться можно только наличными и чек он не выдаст, на мой вопрос почему, ответил-приказ руководства.

Девушка не так поняла. Трудовые книжки продаем юр.лицам по с/ф. без проблем.

Что я не так поняла? Я дословно написала наш разговор с менеджером. Пришла я, как розничный покупатель, мне ни кто не сказал что их продают только юр. лицам, вы это имеете в виду? В розницу вы их не продаёте? Без чека я конечно не стала покупать.

Оператор неправильно Вам объяснил, видимо,получил за это выговор. По правилам ТК-это бланк строгой отчетности, продаются они только юр.лицам или ИП(работодателям).
