Хороший сервис без лишних людей( мастера приемки, кассира) общаешся на прямую с мастером . Можешь присудствовать при ремонте спрашивать, высказывать свое мнение- вообщем полное взаимодействие клиента и исполнителя. Возможность заказа запчестей в сервисе!!!
