Давно не сталкивалась с таким ужасным отношением к клиенту. Я оформила заказ 9028 от 15.02.19 на самовывоз (это перчатки 2 упаковки по 100 шт). Пришло подтверждение на е-мейл. Про самовывоз сказано, что можно забрать по адресу Южнопортовая улица, дом 7, стр 2. 16.02 я поехала по указанному адресу, мало того, что никто из сотрудников не сказал, что нужно искать по данному адресу курьерскую службу - под названием Империал (возможно я не точно помню название), так и не предупредили, что въезд на территорию будет бесплатным, если назвать, что едешь в эту курьерскую службу. Это огромная территория, никаких корпусов там нет. Найти курьерскую службу, это нужно очень хорошо постараться. Так еще и девушка оператор, нахамила по телефону, пока объясняла куда ехать. Мало того, что я отдала за въезд 100 руб - это типа бесплатный самовывоз, так еще и вскрыв коробку я обнаружила, что мне положили 2 упаковки перчаток, но только не по 100 шт, а по 50шт. То есть я заплатила бы двойную цену!!!! позвонив в интернет магазин, я не смогла добиться никакого совета, как быть дальше. типа езжайте домой, напишите потом письмо и в понедельник менеджер со мной свяжется, а довезут ли мне оплаченный товар или нет, она не в курсе В итоге, мне пришлось отказаться от товара! А я ехала за ним с другого конца Москвы! Что я получила от сотрудничества с данным магазином, 3 часа потраченного времени, 100 рублей за въезд + бензин до службы доставки, кучу нервов и ВСЕ!!!! То что мне нужно было, я так и не получила, осталась без перчаток!!!! вот какую позицию я заказала. Разве здесь написано 50 шт? нет написано 100 шт. И я заказала две позиции на 716 руб, что говорит о том, что должно было быть 200 перчаток. Да и где вы видиле 100 перчаток за 716 руб? вы хоть сами читайте что пишите

Мы проверили содержимое отправленного Вам заказа - в посылке было 2 упаковки перчаток по 100 шт(50 пар). Товар был отправлен верно.
