Заказали рычаг взведения для винтовки, как его поставили, то оказалось, что он из сырой, незакалённой стали, после пары выстрелов согнулся от сильного давления.

Качество обслуживания клиентов стало отвратительным! Много лет покупал в этом магазине охотничьи и стрелковые товары, но, после последнего заказа точно больше не буду! Сначала они "не увидели платеж", хотя я платил переводом на карту физ.лицу., как меня попросил менеджер магазина... Оплатил через 2 минуты после того, как мне прислали номер карты. После оплаты - тишина. Через 2 дня пишу, что с заказом? через сутки ответ - О, нашли ваш платеж! Завтра отправим. Звоню - прошу отправить побыстрее, так как оплатил давно и сразу. Менторским тоном мне заявляют что оплата только пришла (вранье) и никто отдельно мой заказ отправлять не будет... говорю, можно было хотя бы извиниться за задержку, но мне посоветовали за извинениями обратиться в сбербанк... Прошло уже еще 3 дня и заказ не отправлен. Вчера почта прислала уведомление что создана накладная, но отправление еще не принято отделением. К примеру в тот же день сделал и также оплатил заказ в магазине в Ижевске (сам нахожусь в МО), сегодня уже иду получать заказ на почту...

Из 6 заказанных единиц товара 2 с браком, 1 не приехала (при чем та, ради которой весь заказ м формировался). Хоть с балистолом не накосячили орлы. Написал претензию жду рассмотрения. На данный момент магазин категорически не рекомендую никому.

Отправляют бракованный изъеденный ржавчиной непригодный товар. Проклятье на их головы. Магазин не рекомендую никому.
