Раньше меня с женой радовал ресторан и мы часто отмечали банкеты. Когда бронировали столик менеджеры отлично подсказывали по меню, делали приятные уступки (скидка на день рождения, хотя на день просрочили).Депозит я вносил где-то 2000-3000т, ну а тратили соответственно в последствии больше намного. Сейчас я приехал, меня очень не приятная менеджер Ирина заставила отдать 6000 депозита, спорила со мной по каждому поводу, подсказать вообще ничего не могла. Звала официантов уточняя у них действительно ли есть половинчатые порции, и сколько где грамм. Скидка на день рождение пропала...вообщем завтра пойду забирать депозит. ув. Де Бассус нанимайте вежливый и сообразительный персонал, а так же не нужно было менять политику ресторана. Я приехал с 3т даже не подозревая что будут трясти 6000, жаль, что все же на карточке нашлись, надо было сразу отказываться... Посещение было 16.05.2017г примерно в 18 30

Больше чем пол года посещал данное заведение, на глазах оно опускалось и в сервисе, и собственно в кухне. Последний мой визит туда закончился тем что официанта я прождал 25 минут и пока не позвал сам, никто и подходить видимо не собирался, больше полутора часа ждал свой заказ и в результате принесли абсолютно сырое и отвратительное на вкус мясо. Менеджер уверяла меня что блюдо готово и очень вкусно даже повар отведал куосчочек, но на моих глазах это блюдо никто не решился попробовать. в общем твердая 2 и никогда больше не перешагну порог данного заведения, более того добьюсь того что бы никто из моих знакомых тоже больше никогда туда не ходил!
