Шарашкина контора, которая берет большие деньги за монтаж и делает все хуже таджиков. Выбрали кондиционер Daikin, заказали. Монтаж стоил дорого, более 20 тысяч! За эти деньги они приехали и оборвали 4 провода электрической проводки, уже заложенных в стене! И это не смотря на то, что мы специально пригласили электрика, который делал в квартире проводку и он им показал места ее расположения. Какими надо быть дилетантами, чтобы порвать провода и испортить проводку, после того, как им показали место расположения проводки, где можно и где нельзя проводить кабель-канал. И после того, как они все оборвалb (в этот момент вырубило весь свет в квартире), эти горе-монтажники пытались втирать, что они ничего не задели! Наглое вранье! Компания отказалась компенсировать деньги, потраченные на восстановление проводки, воспользовавшись тем, что проводку сделал знакомый электрик и документально подтвердить расходы на спайку проводов не можем. Резюмируя, это шарашкина контора, непрофессионалы полные, а денег берут много, при этом свои косяки не исправляют, деньги не возвращают. Не рекомендую никому!

Добрый день, Олег! Нам очень жаль, что Вы столкнулись с такой проблемой. Позвольте уточнить, что компания не отказывалась компенсировать Вам деньги, потраченные на восстановление проводки и расчеты за поврежденные провода были произведены на месте. После урегулирования ситуации, спустя некоторое время, Вы снова потребовали компенсацию, оценив восстановление 3-х кабелей в 10 000 рублей, отказавшись при этом документально подтвердить Ваши расходы. Основным аргументом в пользу указанной суммы было наличие, либо отсутствие данного отзыва. Также, мы не приемлем любые сравнительные суждения, основанные на расовой дискриминации.
