Уважаемая администрация и хозяева клиники! Хочу обратить ваше внимание на сотрудницу вашей клиники, с позволения сказать, грумера по имени Александра. В субботу 11 апреля 2020г. так случилось, что мне пришлось обратиться к ней за чисто профессиональной помощью – постричь и привести в порядок нашего кокер- спаниеля. Я надеялся, что мы приобретём в её лице нового профессионала (наша постоянный грумер, к сожалению, оставил это занятие). Однако я ошибся. Мало того, что Александра объявив цену (среднюю по городу) 2,0 – 2,5 тыс. руб. по окончании работы затребовала 4,0 тыс. руб. Помимо всего прочего, стрижка была произведена топорно и продлилось это действо 4 часа. Живот собаки НЕ БЫЛ ПОСТРИЖЕН, КОЛТУНЫ НЕ БЫЛИ УДАЛЕНЫ А НОГИ БЫЛИ СДЕЛАНЫ КАК У ПУДЕЛЯ. К сожалению, наша красавица лишилась и своих завораживающих ресниц, которые были сострижены напрочь. Предварительно Александра вела долгие «профессиональные» разговоры в виде поучений и замечаний, что собака толстая и запущенная, что совершенно не входит в обязанности грумера. К слову сказать, собака у нас клубная и мы стрижём её раз в 2,5 месяца. Требуемые деньги я заплатил, дабы избежать ненужных разбирательств. И поверьте, дело не в деньгах! Дело в отношении к ЖИВОТНОМУ и к КЛИЕНТУ! А ваша клиника с помощью Александры потеряла не только нас, но, думаю и других потенциальных клиентов. Очень надеюсь, что моё письмо послужит другим людям серьёзным предупреждением. А писать изначально я не хотел, но обида за бессловесное существо и за себя заставили меня это сделать. Очень грустно становится от такого отношения к делу
