За 7 месяцев кое-как сделали мне один этап - штукатурку стен. Остальное нормально не умеют. Зато за это время я прекрасно изучил все их методы. В двух словах схема их «работы» следующая. Договор составлен так, что иного выхода кроме покупки всех материалов у них как у дилера, нет. Контора продает материал клиентам как дилеры по своей цене - процентов на 10-20 выше самой высокой розницы. При этом закупаются они как дилеры по ценам процентов на 20 ниже розницы. Но это на самом деле как бы законно, хотя цена и бессовестная. Самый главный фокус вот в чем: сметчики обычно насчитывают материала раза в 2 больше, чем надо. После работ остатки материалов (обычно половина) сдаются назад магазину, где выполнялась закупка, а заказчику естественно говорят, что материал ушёл весь. Деньги за возврат думаю понятно кто забирает... Кроме того, делают «вип» доставки по цене 12 и более тысяч, за свои откаты видимо. Могут 500 кг груза за 3 доставки привезти. Теперь по поводу самих работ. Контора ищет самые дешёвые бригады, у которых своего вообще ничего нет. Поэтому обеспечение всем необходимым идёт за счёт клиента вплоть до карандашей (это не шутка). При этом бригады всегда «одноразовые»: нанимаются на один небольшой этап, обычно недели две, за который им в итоге ничего не платят. По этой причине бывают всякие казусы вроде разборок с собственниками с требованием денег с них, снос всего что было сделано и прочие радости. Бригады за месяц могут раза три смениться вместе с прорабами. Все недочеты прорабы естественно валят друг на друга. При этом объекты стоят годами.

С чем-то из этого можно согласиться, что-то выдумка. В целом понятно, спасибо.
